Grounding, Presence & Ancestral Wisdom
The Woody workshop is an in-depth journey into the world of trees -- their stability, slowness, and quiet wisdom. Here we encounter scents that take root in our body, calm our thoughts and strengthen our sense of presence and belonging. Meet the scents of the world's most sacred trees in myrrh, frankincense, cedar, sandalwood, agar, palo santo, copal and hinoki.
The aromas of the trees have been used in sacred rituals, temples, and healing contexts in all cultures. They remind us of our origins, our roots and the importance of standing firmly within ourselves.

• Grounding and nervous system regulation through woody scents
• Cedar, sandalwood, vetiver, patchouli and sacred woods
• Understand the relationship between scent, body and presence
• Learn to create stable, protective and safe fragrance environments
• Fragrance draping for meditation, rest and deep anchoring
