Terms and Conditions

The customer is entitled to a full refund of the fee they paid for the event itself. If a workshop needs to be cancelled due to illness or other unforeseen event, the full fee will be refunded. Any other costs incurred by the participant (e.g. travel, accommodation) will not be reimbursed.
