☽ Please drink plenty of water before and after the ceremony — cacao is powerful and can be slightly dehydrating.

☽ If you are taking SSRI medication, cacao may sometimes interact and increase serotonin levels, which can cause headache or nausea. We recommend taking a smaller dose or skipping the cacao altogether. You are still warmly welcome to fully join the breathwork and sound journey.
