**We invite you to a quiet moment for those who want to write, land and listen inwardly — in the company of others. **
Every Monday night we gather around the coffee table in our studio. We start with a few deep breaths and a short guided meditation to land — and then you get to step into your own world. You write your way, at your pace, without demands or accomplishment. You don't have to call yourself a writer. Just have a curiosity in the face of the words that want to come.
This is a space for the written word -- for the act of physically sitting down, grasping the pen and facing the white paper. A place where thoughts are allowed to take shape through the body and where words get to you rather than be pushed forward.
We offer a cup of tea and end the evening with the opportunity to share a reflection, a sentence or a feeling — completely voluntarily.
