Creativity, Consciousness & Inner Expansion
The Herbal workshop explores herbs, leaves and green essences -- Sage, basil, rosemary, thyme, mint and medicinal herbs that evoke clarity, creativity and the movement of consciousness. Here we work with scents that stimulate the mind, open perception and support creative flow and inner expansion.
Historically, herbs have been used in both healing arts, shamanism, and monastic traditions to sharpen the senses and deepen contact with consciousness.

By uniting modern psychology, the sense of smell, and rituals of conscious presence, Reine explores the inner landscapes of soulful contact and consciousness.
