Welcome to an evening of deep connection and nourishment - a chance to recharge and reset. Together we'll gather in the heart of the city, yet step into a space that feels worlds away: soft and sacred.
We'll begin by sipping ceremonial cacao, sourced with love from a women's collective in Guatemala. This heart-opening plant medicine invites us to slow down, soften, and connect with ourselves, with each other, and with something greater. You'll also learn what makes this cacao different from mass-produced cacao/ chocolate, and we'll sing a few songs to open our voices and hearts together.
From there, Nina will guide you through transformational breathwork- a powerful practice to release stress, tension, and old stories, creating more space for clarity, calm, and inspiration. We'll close with sacred sounds and meditation, allowing your body and nervous system to fully land in deep rest and integration.
This is an evening to reconnect, to be nourished in community, and to walk back into your life with a lighter heart, a clearer mind, and an open body.
